The annual membership fee for the association covers the period January to December of each year. Any member not renewed by 1st April will be taken off the mailing list and will not be able to book events and attend group activities. Failure to pay by 1st April will result in your membership being cancelled and therefore you will have to rejoin with a new membership number and pay the current fee for new members.
The committee may terminate membership of any member if the member's behaviour is prejudicial to the u3a or brings it into disrepute. PROVIDED THAT the individual concerned shall have the right to be heard by the committee whose decision is final.
