The Card Making Group meets fortnightly to create a wide range of greetings cards to suit every person and every occasion.
The Group Leader will teach you various techniques using different types of materials, equipment and methods to ensure the quality and uniqueness of your creations.
Initially, members are provided with all the necessary equipment and materials but as you become more proficient you will be expected to provide your own basics such as glue, tweezers etc. You will then have the resources to complete cards at home should you wish.
Members pay a contribution of €5 to help cover the costs of the materials and equipment that are available for everyone to use.
Card Making group meetings are a very sociable way to spend time with like-minded people. Come along and enjoy a chat and a laugh over a nice cup of tea while sharing your creative skills and ideas.
The maximum number of members at each meeting is 12 because of space limitations and the group does not meet in August as it is too hot.
New group members please contact the group leader before turning up to ensure available space and to avoid disappointment, thank you.
