This is a beginners Pilates class set-up specifically for u3a members.
The venue has a maximum capacity for 10 participants so please book early to secure your
place by emailing me at the above email address.
I have been teaching Pilates for 18 years and am a great believer in using a variety of exercise and Pilates techniques, for the whole body, to keep us all engaged
and improve general fitness and suppleness.
The cost is euro 6€ per session and I will donate euro 1€ of this to the nominated u3a Charity.
